Summary:
Performs duties and responsibilities that support the HR mission of attracting, developing, and retaining employee talent, while maintaining legal compliance and liability risk control.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist with the Recruitment and Interview Process
- Prepares job postings, maintain applicant tracking system, coordinate interviews.
- Conducts reference checks, background checks, and e-Verify.
- Maintain Employee Documentation
- Maintain required employee and applicant documentation.
- Maintain employee information in the Company HRIS system and files
- Answer inquiries and provide information to authorized persons for employee information.
- Manage documentation of employee disciplinary actions, assist with processing of terminations.
- Support Employee Relations Efforts & Communication between HR and Employees
- Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Disseminates information to employees, including ongoing communication, updates to employment policies, and benefit information.
- Assists with the performance review process.
- Conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- Documents employee relation issues, including employee complaints.
- Coordinate Employee Training & Development
- Assists with new employee orientations to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Coordinates and tracks employee training programs and ongoing development.
- Assist with Benefit Administration & Communication
- Assists with open enrollment and benefit administration.
- Reconciles benefits statements with accounting.
- Responds to employee questions and assists with resolving issues.
- Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.

Education and/or Experience
Associates or Bachelors degree from college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
