SUMMARY:
Primary function is to support the Sales and Marketing Team in efforts to promote Cummings Resources and to obtain new business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work with the SVP of Sales and Marketing to execute sales and marketing functions.
- Collaborate with all departments within the Cummings organization to support the sales and marketing initiatives.
- Must excel in organization, communication, and time management.
- Must be able to support the sales tracking of leads and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Must be able to manage new sales opportunities and requests in Wrike to ensure Pricing Exercises, Design Initiatives, and RFP's are on schedule.
- Must be able to work within Buffer to maintain marketing calendar
- Communicate with Outside Resources to assist in purchasing of collateral, creative work, etc.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Communicate with PM teams to learn about new projects to be highlighted on social media.
- Upload trade show lists into Salesforce and Mailchimp after reviewing with SVP and other Sales Team Members.
- Enter technical requests in Wrike as needed for potential new business.
- Manage the logistics of trade show booths and collateral.
- Manage the outsourcing of collateral materials printing needs.
- Support Sales Team with presentation development and maintain a library of marketing decks.
- Attend Trade Shows to manage the booth set-up, marketing materials, and coordination of events.
- Continue to advance knowledge of the industry with specific focus on Cummings' target business.
- Support Sales Team with Wrike Management Tasks of RFP's and Onboarding of New Clients.
- Other duties for the support of Sales and Marketing as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates OR Bachelors degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in customer service field.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Previous experience in Project Management roles, sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with industry software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ACT or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret artwork, drawings, quotes, and orders for client packages.
- Ability to write business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
